• Italian Baking HOSF 9410

    Explore a variety of baking and pastry skills from different regions of Italy through our Italian Baking course. Learn various breads, chocolates, pastries, cookies, gelati and plated desserts. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on application, make panettone, amaretti, biscotti, gianduja, semifreddo, gelato, torrone, cannoli, panna cotta and tiramisu. Incorporate classic flavours and ingredients synonymous with Italian delicacies into contemporary dishes.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or an approved equivalent.
