    Our Introduction to Marketing course introduces the theory and application of modern marketing concepts, principles and techniques. Learn about the roles and functions of a marketing department in a business or non-profit organization as well as the use of marketing on a global scale. Topics include the marketing environment, consumer behaviour, ethics, market segmentation, target marketing, positioning, research, marketing plans and the development of the marketing mix.
