    OntarioLearn description: Gain an overview of the concepts and principles related to the worldwide management of people and the role of the human resources function in supporting global operations. Topics include the differences between domestic and international human resources management (IHRM); the cultural context of IHRM; standardization and localization of IHRM practices; international approaches to recruitment, selection, compensation, training, development and performance management; re-entry; and trends and future challenges in international industrial relations and IHRM.

    This is an online course hosted by George Brown College but delivered via OntarioLearn. Teacher support will be available via email, and technical support will be available via phone.

    You must have completed an introductory human resource management course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
