• Indian Cooking I HOSF 9076

    Our Indian Cooking I course teaches you to prepare a variety of regional dishes from one of the world’s great culinary cultures. Acquire the skills you need to balance a variety of flavours and spices and work with many distinctive ingredients in Indian recipes. Enjoy the opportunity to use a tandoor (clay oven) and learn other traditional Indian techniques such as making curries, breads, meats, and desserts.


    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


    You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts I course or an approved equivalent.
