• Human Resources Planning HRM 2029

    Our Human Resources Planning course uses both theory and application to examine the human resources planning activities that are necessary to satisfy the needs of a changing organization. Review the evolution of management style and consider its impact, and focus on the alignment of human resources planning with an organization's overall strategy.

    You must have completed our HRM 1031 Human Resources Management course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
