One of their major responsibilities is human relations: they are expected to manage people (not only their immediate staff but also contractors, other professionals, their residents and more) and interact with senior management. Our Human Relations for Property Managers course has been designed to help you develop the interpersonal skills you need to supervise staff, motivate others and implement strategic planning and change management initiatives.
