    Offered in partnership with Carson Dunlop, our Home Inspection for Interiors course focuses on the inspection of thermal insulation, vapour barriers and ventilation systems along with other home interior elements such as walls, ceilings, floors, basements, doors, windows, interior stairs and railings, counter tops and cabinets, and garage doors and door operators.


    Course Accreditation:

    This course is recognized by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) as an accredited home inspection course and meets part of the requirements for becoming a registered home inspector (RHI). RHI designation requirements are set by the OAHI, not George Brown College. To pursue the RHI designation, you must follow the process listed on the OAHI website and meet the requirements applicable to you.
