• Healthy Culinary Arts II HOSF 9339

    Our Healthy Culinary Arts II course gives you the opportunity to take your healthy cooking skills to the next level. This cooking course helps you expand your foundation of essential culinary skills while learning a variety of recipes that use contemporary flavours and techniques. Focus on preparation techniques and such wholesome ingredients as eggs, chicken, pork, fish, mussels, vegetables, whole grains and more. Begin to incorporate culinary techniques from around the world as you learn to use more spices, sauces and other ingredients.


    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


    You must have completed our HOSF 9445 Healthy Culinary Arts I course or an approved equivalent.
