This cooking course helps you expand your foundation of essential culinary skills while learning a variety of recipes that use contemporary flavours and techniques. Focus on preparation techniques and such wholesome ingredients as eggs, chicken, pork, fish, mussels, vegetables, whole grains and more. Begin to incorporate culinary techniques from around the world as you learn to use more spices, sauces and other ingredients.
