Practice making a variety of recipes that are fast, simple and delicious but that also provide optimal health benefits. Focus on ingredient selection and preparation as well as specific techniques that can be used to create a variety of healthy dishes (such as ancient grain salad, poached chicken soup with vegetables, ricotta buckwheat gnocchi, white bean and swiss chard ragout, veal stew with spring onions and more).
