Our Gum Paste Flowers course teaches you to create beautiful, lifelike sugar flowers with the use of gum paste. Get the skills required to make foliage and flowers, including roses and peonies. Learn to colour your flowers with petal dusts and how to arrange and wire them into elegant bouquets to top off any specialty cake.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9135 Cake Decorating 1 course or our HOSF 9466 Cake Decorating 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
