GIS Software - ArcView COMP 9519 Online OntarioLearn Email to a Friend OntarioLearn description: At the end of this course, the student should be able to create data in ArcGIS, to query and manipulate data; geocode addresses perform spatial analyses, produce map outputs and charts. Note(s) This is an online course delivered via OntarioLearn. Please ensure you are familiar with the basic technology requirements for OntarioLearn online courses. Additionally, the textbook includes a fully functioning 180-day trial version of ArcGIS software that can be downloaded from the internet along with the data for working through the book's exercises. Once installed and registered, the single-use software cannot be re-installed. This software requires a Windows operating system. It also requires a minimum 2.2 GHz processing speed, 2 GB RAM, 2.4 GB free hard disk space (including 50 MB on the operating system drive) and an additional 285 MB hard disk space for the exercise data.
