• Game Development 2 COMP 9659


    Our Game Development 2 course builds on the concepts you learned in our COMP 9658 Game Development 1 (or COMP 9645 Game Development 1) course by studying such advanced topics as networking, scripting using C#, materials, effects, advanced collisions and triggers. Learn about artificial intelligence (AI) and how to incorporate it into games.

    Course Delivery Method:

    This course uses a blended learning approach that incorporates both in-class and online instruction. Approximately half of the course (24 hours) is held in a classroom with a teacher. The remaining hours involve self-directed work.

    Technology Requirements:

    For the self-directed work, you will be required to have regular access to the Internet, email and your own Unity/Visual Studio software (which can be downloaded free from the Internet).


    You must have completed our COMP 9658 Game Development 1 course or our COMP 9645 Game Development 1 course. (An approved equivalent will be accepted.)
