Frozen Desserts II HOSF 9420 Email to a Friend Our Frozen Desserts II course helps you develop your knowledge of frozen desserts as you explore new flavours and additional techniques for bringing cold treats into your kitchen. Learn to make your own yogourt for frozen yogourt, discover new uses for ingredients (such as avocado popsicles) and experience new flavour combinations (such as spicy mango granita with chamoy sauce and strawberry balsamic semifreddo).
