• Frozen Desserts I HOSF 9385

    Our Frozen Desserts I course provides you with the techniques you need to produce ice cream, gelato and sorbet. Use these skills to create a wide range of desserts including frozen soufflés, bombes, verrines and ice cream sandwiches.

    Note(s)

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or an approved equivalent.
