    A complement to our HOSF 9095 (French Cooking) course, our French Farmhouse Cooking course serves as an introduction to rustic French cooking. This cooking course emphasizes quality ingredients, a traditional respect for food and a regional culinary approach to homey and hearty country dishes from across many regions of France.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts I course or an approved equivalent.
