• French 1C FREN 9213

Our French 1C course includes both a linguistic component and a cultural component. The linguistic component allows you to communicate better in everyday situations where one has to express preferences, talk about past events and describe feelings. The cultural component looks at eating habits and further develops your awareness of the differences between Canadian French and European French.

You must have completed our FREN 9212 French 1B course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.) If you do not meet the prerequisite requirement, you may need to do a placement interview.
