Foods of the World HOSF 1179 Email to a Friend Our Foods of the World course provides an introduction to seven international cuisines: Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican and Middle Eastern. Working in pairs, practice international culinary techniques through interactive demonstrations and practical labs.
