    Our Foods of the World course provides an introduction to seven international cuisines: Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican and Middle Eastern. Learn different international culinary techniques through interactive demonstrations and practical labs. Working in pairs, learn to reproduce and package international meals based on the teacher's demonstrations and guidance. Add valuable multicultural assets to your portfolio by learning the basics of sushi, curries, spice blends and flatbreads. Gain the skills you need to create effective action plans.


    You must have completed our HOSF 1221 Fundamentals of Butchery course or our HOSF 1222 Cafe Production course or an approved equivalent.
