Foods of the World HOSF 1179 Email to a Friend Our Foods of the World course provides an introduction to seven different international cuisines (including ingredients and cooking methods) from around the globe through interactive demonstrations and labs. Working in pairs, learn to reproduce and package international meals based on the teacher's demonstrations and guidance.
