Our Fish 2 course teaches you to prepare octopus, prawns, oysters, cuttlefish, turbot, mackerel, trout and more in a variety of established and innovative dishes. Build on the knowledge developed in our Fish 1 course as you learn new dishes and preparations using additional types of seafood.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9195 Fish 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
