    Course Essentials:

You will be required to purchase an Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) textbook. ACMO textbooks can be purchased at the George Brown College bookstore (either on campus or online). You must register at least two weeks before the first class to make sure you have the textbook in time for the first class. Timely delivery of textbooks cannot be guaranteed if you register any closer to the start date.

    Registered Condominium Manager Exam:

This is one of four condominium management courses that will prepare you to write the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) exam administered by the ACMO. Visit the Condominium Management Certificate web page for more information about the RCM designation and the provincial condominium manager’s license overseen by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).
