Fermenting and Preserving HOSF 9400 Email to a Friend Our Fermenting and Preserving course teaches you the art of fermentation and more advanced preserving techniques so that you can enjoy the best of the winter season throughout the year. Learn the techniques used for basic fermentation and year-round preserving as you make your own fermented pickles, kombucha, fermented soda, kimchi, sauerkraut, grapefruit soda, ginger beer, aromatic bitters, pickled beets, spiced pears in syrup, dried fruit mostarda and more.
