Learn the techniques used for basic fermentation and year-round preserving as you make your own fermented pickles, kombucha, fermented soda, kimchi, sauerkraut, grapefruit soda, ginger beer, aromatic bitters, pickled beets, spiced pears in syrup, canned chana masala, dried fruit mostarda and more.
