Fall Holiday Baking HOSF 9381 Email to a Friend Our Fall Holiday Baking course helps you prepare a special seasonal menu of baked treats and confections to celebrate Halloween and Thanksgiving. This intensive baking course gives you the opportunity to practice creating a wide variety of traditional and modern holiday treats such as caramel apples, candy corn, festive cookies, pumpkin loaf, sweet potato pecan flan and stuffing bread. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
