Estates for Law Clerks LAW 9016 Exam Preparation Email to a Friend Our Estates for Law Clerks course prepares you for the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) Estates exam. Intended for experienced legal secretaries or law clerks, this exam preparation course deals with the preparation of wills and powers of attorney. Explore estate administration, estate account preparation, ongoing trust administration, income tax return preparation, estate-related litigation and letters testamentary. Note(s) Equivalencies: This course is equivalent to the Estates course offered by the ILCO as part of the ILCO Associate Program. ILCO Exam: ILCO exams are written according to the ILCO exam schedules. You must register in and pay for this course through George Brown College and register in and pay for the Estates exam through the ILCO. You must complete and submit the online ILCO Provincial Estates Exam registration form to the ILCO before the registration deadline in order to sit the exam.
