• Doughnuts HOSF 9416

    Through our Doughnuts course, learn to make doughnuts, crullers, fritters, churros, funnel cakes, deep-fried cookies and other treats as you explore a wide range of fried dough delicacies. Work with yeast and cake doughnuts and a variety of flavours and garnishes as you master fried dough.


    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


    You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or an approved equivalent.
