• Culinary Nutrition Skills - Cultures II HOSF 1261

    Build on the advanced culinary skills developed in our HOSF 1260 (Culinary Nutrition Skills - Cultures I) course. Through a series of demonstrations and teacher-directed laboratory classes, learn to produce a variety of foods, focusing on the principles of planning and preparing wholesome, nutritionally balanced cuisine. With our Culinary Nutrition Skills - Cultures II course, understand the importance of healthy alternative preparation and presentation techniques as well as the essential skills necessary to compete in today’s healthcare management and well-being food service settings.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
