• Culinary Arts II HOSF 9089

    Our Culinary Arts II course helps you develop your knowledge of fundamental culinary principles by teaching you the recipes and techniques you need to build your growing repertoire of skills. Learn how to work with an even broader range ingredients as you practice your technique on such dishes as veal schnitzel, chicken cordon bleu, tourtière, cassoulet, braised beef short ribs, chicken ballotine and more.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts I course or an approved equivalent.
