Our Criminal Summary Conviction Procedures course examines all aspects of the criminal summary conviction procedures, including those used during an arrest and those used by police. Learn about the Criminal Code, the Charter, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, the Youth Criminal Justice Act and the Rules of the Ontario Court of Justice in Criminal Proceedings.
