Creative Plate Presentations HOSF 9284

On Campus

Our Creative Plate Presentations course helps you expand your experience with plating and presentation techniques by exploring the use of colour, shape and texture in the kitchen. Guided demonstrations and practical culinary labs help you apply this knowledge by giving you the opportunity to apply both new and existing skills to create dishes that are both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. Practice making mozzarella balloons, agar agar noodles, foams and spheres, emulsions, fluid gels, olive oil powder, quick pickled salmon and more. Finish with a lesson where you can apply all of the techniques practiced throughout the course.
