Corporate for Law Clerks LAW 9012 Exam Preparation Email to a Friend formerly Corporate Intended for experienced legal secretaries or law clerks, our Corporate for Law Clerks course examines the various types of business ownership. Learn about the corporate and administrative procedures involved in preparing and filing articles of incorporation, organizing a corporation by way of a minute book and preparing and filing relevant incorporation-related documents. Note(s) You must register in and pay for this course through George Brown College and register in and pay for the Corporate exam through the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO). The exam fee is $150, and the exam will be written on Thursday, June 29, 2017.
