• Cookies I HOSF 9281

    Our Cookies I course teaches you the different mixing methods and shaping techniques used to create cookies with a variety of ingredients, textures, forms and sizes. Practice with a wide range of cookies, from traditional shortbread, biscotti and madeleines to florentines, rugelach, choco-mint pinwheels and hazelnut rosettes.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or an approved equivalent.
