• Condominium Management Program

    Certificate of Completion

Ontario has thousands of condominium corporations, and the vast majority of new homes under construction in the Greater Toronto Area are condo units. Under the Condominium Management Services Act, you must have a licence to practice as a condominium manager in Ontario. Our Condominium Management Program is made up of four courses that meet the education requirements for the Condominium Management General Licence from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). It is intended both for those preparing to begin a career in condominium management and for those already working in this rapidly growing field. The required courses help you gain a strong theoretical and practical foundation in the fundamentals of condo management by exploring the essentials of condominium law, financial management, administration, human resources and facilities management.

This program is offered by George Brown College Continuing Education in partnership with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).
