Condominium Law ACMO 9001 Email to a Friend Our Condominium Law course addresses all aspects of the law and documents that govern condominiums. Examine the Condominium Act (1998) in detail, and explore related governance, including declarations, bylaws and rules. Learn about how and when to use lawyers and other professionals and how to discuss and explain legal documentation and find legal information. Discuss additional legislation affecting condos such as the Canadian Human Rights Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, contract law, and agency law and litigation.
