Condominium Law ACMO 9001 Email to a Friend Our Condominium Law course addresses all aspects of the law and legal documents that govern condominiums. This condo law course examines the Condominium Act in detail as well as related governance (including declarations, bylaws and rules). Learn how to discuss and explain legal documentation, how to find legal information and how and when to use lawyers and other professionals. Study additional legislation that affects condos such as the Canadian Human Rights Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, contract law and agency law and litigation. Note(s) Course Essentials: You will be required to purchase an Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) textbook. ACMO textbooks can be purchased at the George Brown College bookstore (either on campus or online).
