Our Coffee Specialist Program is designed for those committed to coffee consumption and exploring the celebrated world of coffee as well as those seeking knowledge for further study as aspiring coffee professionals. Learn all about coffee – its history, its production, the differences in preparation, and how to evaluate it. Through intensive tastings and lectures, become acquainted with coffee terroir and styles and the regional characteristics that make them so distinctive. Explore the business of coffee as you learn about coffee-based beverage creation, storage, supply chain, and management.
