With our Chocolate Desserts course, develop an advanced appreciation for chocolate by learning how to blend ingredients and techniques from different culinary traditions in order to create daring dishes with complex flavours and visual appeal.

    You must have completed our HOSF 9255 Introduction to Chocolate course or an approved equivalent.
