Our Chinese Cooking course teaches you about a wide variety of China’s treasured dishes – both the fundamental skills required to make them and the characteristic ingredients used in them. Practice an assortment of techniques used to prepare classic and regional Chinese recipes, including stir-frying in a wok, using a bamboo steamer and working with a cleaver. Apply these techniques while learning to make such authentic dishes as snake beans with minced pork, steamed red snapper, siu mai, char siu, mapo tofu, pork and chive wonton soup, cashew chicken and more.
