Cakes III HOSF 9388 Email to a Friend Our Cakes III course helps you further develop your skills by building on the recipes you learned in our HOSF 9280 (Cakes I) course and our HOSF 9231 (Cakes II) course. Learn to apply the techniques you have acquired to a variety of new cakes, including peanut dacquoise, dulce de leche mousse cake, Dobos torte, cardinal slice and green tea ice cream bombe. Also learn to assemble challenging contemporary cakes using new flavour combinations. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
