Cakes I HOSF 9280 Email to a Friend Our Cakes I course gives you the opportunity to learn the methods used to make different cake sponges, icings and fillings. Practice layering, filling and masking a variety of cakes (including pound cake, carrot cake, chiffon cake and chocolate cake), and develop the techniques used to assemble beautiful cakes that will appeal to everyone.
