• Cakes I HOSF 9280

    Our Cakes I course gives you the opportunity learn the methods used to make different cake sponges, icings and fillings. Practice making a variety of cakes (including pound cake, carrot cake, yogourt mousse cake, tiramisu cake, chiffon cheesecake and decadent chocolate cake), and develop the techniques used to assemble beautiful cakes that will appeal to everyone.

    You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or an approved equivalent.
