Cakes I HOSF 9280 Email to a Friend Our Cakes I course gives you the opportunity learn the methods used to make different cake sponges, icings and fillings. Practice making a variety of cakes (including pound cake, carrot cake, yogourt mousse cake, tiramisu cake, chiffon cheesecake and decadent chocolate cake), and develop the techniques used to assemble beautiful cakes that will appeal to everyone.
