Cake Decorating I HOSF 9135 Email to a Friend Our Cake Decorating I course provides the foundation for the art of cake decorating. Learn the basics of piping and masking through the use of various icings, including buttercream and royal icing. Through step-by-step instruction and hands-on practice, develop the skills required to pipe decorative borders and flowers, as well as to fill, cover and decorate cakes for any special occasion.
