Breads HOSF 9113 Email to a Friend Our Breads course teaches you to bake both pan- and hearth-type breads using a variety of flours and ingredients. Demonstrations of techniques and methods are followed by hands-on practice making such breads as challah, basic sourdough, whole wheat, pitas and focaccia. Note(s) You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
