Work with a team to learn the essential techniques used in such recipes as BBQ pork butts, grilled whole striped bass, jerk chicken legs, char siu, grilled flank steak, slow-cooked beef chuck ribs and more. Also learn to produce a number of accompanying side dishes, including coleslaw, grilled acorn squash, chili and lime corn on the cob.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts I course or an approved equivalent.
