• Basic Emergency Management (BEM) EMRG 9000

    Offered in co-operation with Emergency Management Ontario (EMO), our Basic Emergency Management (BEM) course provides the tools you need to promote, develop, implement and maintain a community-based emergency management program. Learn the theory through a series of presentations and small group activities.

    Once you have passed this course, you will receive a certificate from EMO.

    Prerequisite(s)

    If you are taking this course as part of the Academic Pathway for Internationally Educated Nurses (IEN) Graduate Certificate, you must be taking or must have completed our NURS 1035 Nursing in Ontario/NURS 1061 Nursing in Ontario course and our NURS 1107 Scholarly Writing in Nursing/NURS 1114 Scholarly Writing in Nursing course.
