Asian Desserts HOSF 9441 Email to a Friend Our Asian Desserts course teaches you a variety of baking and pastry skills from different Asian countries. Explore a diverse range of pastries and desserts from Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and India. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, learn to make mochi, Japanese cheesecake, egg tarts, custard buns, halo-halo, gulab jamun, kulfi, bubble tea and more. Use distinctive ingredients such as durian, red bean, ube, coconut, black sesame, matcha, avocado and lychee.
