Afternoon Tea HOSF 9426 Email to a Friend Explore the pleasures of high tea by creating a wide variety of scones, loaves, cookies, confections and pastries in our Afternoon Tea course. Learn to produce delicate and tempting elements for a classic tea service by making a different type of pastry each week. Work with new ingredients to develop both classic and contemporary flavour pairings, such as blue cheese and walnuts, blackberry and lime, and maple and bacon.
