    Online Option

    Our Advocacy course explores the paralegal's role as an advocate. Study all aspects of advocacy, including court etiquette, case analysis and client interviews. Identify the order of evidence to be called, and develop an understanding of direct examination, cross-examination and re-examination.

    This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.

    Prerequisite(s)

    You must have completed all Term 4 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
