Topics include needs assessment, learning outcomes, course outlines, lesson plans and an introduction to choosing instructional techniques and assessment and evaluation techniques. Each participant will be responsible for developing a course outline and a lesson plan for content with which she/he has taught, is teaching, or would like to teach.
