Biography:

Nancy Kilpatrick is an award-winning author who has published 18 novels, more than 200 short stories, and five story collections. She has also edited 13 anthologies and written articles for some of Canada's major newspapers and magazines. Her most recent work is the anthology Danse Macabre: Close Encounters with the Reaper and the non-fiction book The Goth Bible: A Compendium for the Darkly Inclined. Her work is available in both print and electronic format and has been translated into four different languages. She has won several short fiction contests and the Arthur Ellis Award for Best Crime Short Story, and she is a five-time Bram Stoker Award finalist and six-time Aurora Award finalist.
