Mazen Alkhaddam has been an architect for over 30 years. He holds a master’s degree in architecture from the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism (Romania) and has worked in both Syria and the United Arab Emirates. In Canada, Mazen is an Architect member with the Ontario Association of Architects and a member of the Ontario Building Code Commission. His experience has spanned the spectrum of architecture and construction – from design concept to occupancy – but his professional passions are accessibility and sustainability. In addition to being Building Code Qualified (BCQ), Mazen has earned the LEED Accredited Professional Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) certification.
