Biography:

Dianne Karg Baron is an award-winning metal artist. A graduate of the interior design program at Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University), Dianne makes much of her jewellery using only cold-joining (without a torch) methods and is widely regarded as an expert on using square wire. She is a member in good standing of the Society of North American Goldsmiths and has served, at various times, as president and past president of the Metal Arts Guild of Canada (MAGC) as well as editor of the MAGC magazine, MAGazine. Her jewellery is held in private collections around the world, has been exhibited both nationally and internationally, and has been featured in several leading craft publications. Since 1999, she has produced and taught more than 50 tutorials/courses on wire working and chain making.
