A: To be admitted to the Advanced Counselling Skills Certificate program, you must have graduated from a college or university counselling program, and you must be currently employed or seeking employment in counselling.
Q: I have a degree in psychology. Am I eligible to take this certificate?
A:Yes, we will recognize your degree in psychology for entry to this certificate program provided your academic transcript reflects counselling theory courses and a practicum.
Q: Can I take a course in the Advanced Counselling Skills Certificate program even if I don't meet the admission requirements?
A: Yes, you may register for a course, but you are not eligible for the Advanced Counselling Skills Certificate unless you meet the admission criteria.

A: The Advanced Counselling Skills Certificate enhances the knowledge and skills of professionals who are already counsellors. It is not intended as entry-level counselling training.
