Explore social/ethical forensic issues where health care overlaps with the law, and consider the related principles and professional practices as well as the historical roots of these issues. Examine the impact of societal and cultural influences on forensic practice, and discuss issues relevant to families of both victims and perpetrators. Analyze the impact on caregivers.
