  Sensory Skills for Bar Chefs

This course takes an in-depth approach to sensory evaluation. Focus on the complexity of the human senses, including both taste and tactile sensations. Learn to pair ingredients with distilled and fortified beverages based on sensory qualities and a cultural perspective.

A full George Brown chef uniform is required for this course.


  Prerequisites: You must be at least 19 years of age.
